Summary
After I finished reading this book, I could feel that this is very touching book. This touching story is about professor Morrie and his pupil whose name is Mitch Albom. And Morrie is suffered from Lou Gehrigs disease.
In this story, Morrie is dying because of Lou Gehrigs disease. And Mitch who is an author of this book met Morrie every Tuesdays to have a talk with Morrie about love, family, death and so on. Although now I couldn't understand this book well If I read this book again when I am adult, this book would be more to touching story to me.
One day, While Mitch watched TV, He saw his professor by accident.
After that, he met him and talked with Morrie every Tuesdays. The dialogue between Mitch and Morrie was the story of this book.
Although everyone fears death professor Morrie didn't. When I know this, I respected Morrie a lot. If I had such a terrible disease, I will accept the fact that I have an incurable illness and won't try to overcome it. However Morrie didn't fear it. And He taught everythings he knew to his pupils. For example, He taught the control of emotion by seperating himself form the his experience.
He talked with Mitch about many subjects like family, love, marriage etc.
However I think the most touching part is "Family". Sometimes I supposed that "What if I don't have my family?" Although now I can feel the existence of my family, If I don't have my family, I really want to live anymore.
Also, he also made us know about the problems of modern society by story.
For example, there is an advice about how to escape form our culture which makes us jealous. It is tragic that the Mitch watched the death of his old professor Morrie. However he gave us wise advices by this book.
I can know how to respect our neighbors. I'm happy while I read this great book.
